Welcome to COMMONWEALTH: Worlds at War ("the Game"), operated by ABCD Systems LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is available to players of all ages, with content restrictions based on age verification status:
All players, regardless of age, may access the Game in Standard Mode. Standard Mode content is rated equivalent to ESRB Teen (T): fantasy violence, mild language, and strategic gameplay. All character appearances in Standard Mode use PG-13 appropriate attire.
Players who verify their age as 18 or older may optionally enable Adult Content Mode, which provides access to additional cosmetic character skins featuring swimwear, lingerie, and other mature-themed attire. Adult Content Mode is rated equivalent to ESRB Mature (M). Adult content is strictly cosmetic and does not affect gameplay.
Players under 13 years of age require parental or guardian consent to create an account. We collect minimal personal information from players under 13: username, parent/guardian email address, and age bracket. We do not collect real names, physical addresses, photographs, or precise location data from players under 13. Parents or guardians may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@abcdsystems.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to access your account. Each person must have their own account. Account selling, trading, or transferring is prohibited.

The Game uses server-authoritative architecture and multi-layered anti-cheat detection including statistical anomaly analysis, item origin verification, and AI-assisted behavioral review. Players found to be cheating are subject to the following graduated response:
We encourage responsible disclosure of bugs and exploits. Players who report valid bugs receive in-game rewards scaled to severity (100 to 10,000 Gold plus items). Players who discover exploits and report them instead of abusing them receive the "Honorable" badge — a permanent, visible mark of integrity. Self-reported exploits are never punished.
The Game offers optional cosmetic purchases. All character unlocks, progression, levels, items, and gameplay content are earned through gameplay. No gameplay advantage can be purchased.
All purchases are final. Refund requests may be submitted to support@abcdsystems.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All in-game chat is subject to automated content filtering using keyword detection, pattern matching, and AI-assisted review. Messages containing prohibited content are blocked before delivery. Repeated violations result in escalating consequences: warning → temporary mute → permanent chat restriction.
Chat involving under-18 players (identified by green username color) is subject to elevated monitoring rates. This monitoring is automated and designed to detect grooming patterns, inappropriate content, and attempts to isolate minors from public channels.

All content in COMMONWEALTH: Worlds at War — including characters, artwork, music, voice lines, game mechanics, and code — is the intellectual property of ABCD Systems LLC. Players may create and share gameplay screenshots and videos for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial use (streaming, content creation) is permitted with attribution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: cheating, harassment, grooming behavior, fraud, or any activity that threatens the safety of other players. Permanent bans may include hardware fingerprint bans to prevent account recreation.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty. We do our best to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for lost progress due to technical issues, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore data and may compensate affected players via the admin gifting system.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-game notification and email. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
